I&amp;#8217;ve been fortunate to make it through 4 layoffs/reorgs in my 8 and 1/2 year career.  Pharmaceutical sales has changed so much in this short time.  Change has always been expected, but it&amp;#8217;s not the same job I was excited to begin in 2003.
