When it&amp;#8217;s positive, I like that it affects me&amp;#8230;when it&amp;#8217;s negative, I wish that I had a hard shell that it would bounce off of.  I can&amp;#8217;t stop energy from coming in, good or bad.  I might need to just listen to a Baptiste podcast even if I can&amp;#8217;t do the poses.
